As the Lightning Cometh

One morning as I was lying in bed, I was meditating upon a statement made by YAHshua to the twelve Apostles. When I thought about it, II Kings 6:14 came to mind.

Mat. 24 (27) For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. … (30) And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in Heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of Heaven with power and great glory.

II Kings 6 (14) Therefore sent he [king of Syria] thither horses, and chariots, and a great host: and they came by night, and compassed the city about. (15) And when the servant of the man of [YAHWEH] Elohim was risen early, and gone forth, behold, an host compassed the city both with horses and chariots. And his servant said unto him, Alas, my master! How shall we do? (16) And he answered, Fear not: for they that be with us are more than they that be with them. (17) And Elisha prayed, and said, YAHWEH, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And YAHWEH opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

YAHWEH open the eyes of the young man to see the angelic beings that HE had sent to protect Elisha. In other words, YAHWEH opened the young man’s eyes to see into the spirit realm around him which is not visible to the natural human eye.

Later that day as I began to write down my thoughts, two other scriptures immediately came to my mind.

Mark 1 (9) And it came to pass in those days, that YAHshua came from Nazareth of Galilee, and was baptized of John in Jordan. (10) And straightway coming up out of the water, He saw the heavens opened, and the Spirit like a dove descending upon Him: (11) And there came a voice from Heaven, saying, Thou art MY beloved Son, in Whom I am well pleased.

Acts 7 (55) But he [Stephen], being full of the Holy Spirit, looked up stedfastly into Heaven, and saw the glory of YAHWEH, and YAHshua standing on the right hand of YAHWEH (56) And said, Behold, I see the heavens opened, and the Son of man standing on the right hand of YAHWEH.

The revelation in the three above scriptures is: YAHWEH supernaturally opened natural eyes to see the Spirit realm in the Heavens. In the exact same way, all natural eyes will be opened to see YAHshua when He "comes in the clouds of Heaven with power and great glory."

Some more related thoughts came to my mind that one might want to consider. Think about YAHshua’s words: "For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." When lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west, we naturally see an enormous amount of light and we naturally hear an enormous sound. Compare this natural light and this sound of the natural world with the light and the sound that will come forth in the spiritual realm at the sign (supernatural happening) of His coming:

John 1 (I) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with YAHWEH, and the Word was Elohim. (2) The same was in the beginning with YAHWEH. (3) All things were made by Him; and without Him was not any thing made that was made. (4) In Him was life; and the life was the Light of men. (5) And the Light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not. (6) There was a man sent from YAHWEH, whose name was John. (7) The same came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all men through Him might believe. (8) He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. (9) That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. (10) He was in the world, and the world was made by Him, and the world knew Him not. (11) He came unto His Own, and His Own received Him not. (12) But as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become the sons of YAHWEH, even to them that believe on His name: (13) Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of YAHWEH. (14) And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the FATHER,) full of grace and truth.

I Cor. 15 (52) In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

I Thes. 4 (16) For the Sovereign Himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of YAHWEH: and the dead in Messiah shall rise first:

Rev. 11 (15) And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in Heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Elohim, and of HIS Messiah; and He shall reign for ever & ever.

When will all this sound or clamor of both voices and sound of trumpets take place? Consider this?

Leviticus 23 (23) And YAHWEH spake unto Moses, saying, (24) Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first day of the month, shall ye have a Sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets [Memorial of Clamor (zikrown:H2146-Memorial of teru-w’ah:H8643-Clamor)], a holy convocation.
