Yahweh, in His power and strength, brought the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage in order to make a covenant with them. We understand that this covenant was a marriage proposal made between Yahweh and Israel. Israel was to be Yahweh’s wife. The covenant made between them was to be a covenant of faithfulness. Yahweh promised that if Israel would obey the conditions of the marriage covenant, then they would be greatly blessed throughout all the earth.

  In Deuteronomy chapter 28 verses 1-14, Moses told the people about all of the blessings that would come upon them if they would obey the dictates of the marriage covenant. But in verses 15 – 68 of the same chapter, he warned of the curses that would come upon them for disobedience.

  In the next chapter we read, “These are the words of the covenant, which Yahweh commanded Moses to make with the children of Israel in the land of Moab, beside the covenant which he made with them in Horeb. And Moses called unto all Israel, and said unto them, Ye have seen all that Yahweh did before your eyes in the land of Egypt unto Pharaoh, and unto all his servants, and unto all his land; The great temptations which thine eyes have seen, the signs, and those great miracles: Yet Yahweh hath not given you an heart to perceive, and eyes to see, and ears to hear, unto this day. And I have led you forty years in the wilderness: your clothes are not waxen old upon you, and thy shoe is not waxen old upon thy foot. Ye have not eaten bread, neither have ye drunk wine or strong drink: that ye might know that I am Yahweh your Elohim. And when ye came unto this place, Sihon the king of Heshbon, and Og the king of Bashan, came out against us unto battle, and we smote them: And we took their land, and gave it for an inheritance unto the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to the half tribe of Manasseh. Keep therefore the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do. Ye stand this day all of you before Yahweh your Elohim; your captains of your tribes, your elders, and your officers, with all the men of Israel, Your little ones, your wives, and thy stranger that is in thy camp, from the hewer of thy wood unto the drawer of thy water: That thou shouldest enter into covenant with Yahweh thy Elohim, and into his oath, which Yahweh thy Elohim maketh with thee this day: That he may establish thee to day for a people unto himself, and that he may be unto thee a Elohim, as he hath said unto thee, and as he hath sworn unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. Neither with you only do I make this covenant and this oath; But with him that standeth here with us this day before Yahweh our Elohim, and also with him that is not here with us this day: (For ye know how we have dwelt in the land of Egypt; and how we came through the nations which ye passed by; And ye have seen their abominations, and their idols, wood and stone, silver and gold, which were among them:) Lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from Yahweh our Elohim, to go and serve the Elohims of these nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood; And it come to pass, when he heareth the words of this curse, that he bless himself in his heart, saying, I shall have peace, though I walk in the imagination of mine heart, to add drunkenness to thirst: Yahweh will not spare him, but then the anger of Yahweh and his jealousy shall smoke against that man, and all the curses that are written in this book shall lie upon him, and Yahweh shall blot out his name from under heaven. And Yahweh shall separate him unto evil out of all the tribes of Israel, according to all the curses of the covenant that are written in this book of the law: So that the generation to come of your children that shall rise up after you, and the stranger that shall come from a far land, shall say, when they see the plagues of that land, and the sicknesses which Yahweh hath laid upon it; And that the whole land thereof is brimstone, and salt, and burning, that it is not sown, nor beareth, nor any grass groweth therein, like the overthrow of Sodom, and Gomorrah, Admah, and Zeboim, which Yahweh overthrew in his anger, and in his wrath: Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath Yahweh done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger? Then men shall say, Because they have forsaken the covenant of Yahweh Elohim of their fathers, which he made with them when he brought them forth out of the land of Egypt: For they went and served other elohim, and worshipped them, elohim whom they knew not, and whom he had not given unto them: And the anger of Yahweh was kindled against this land, to bring upon it all the curses that are written in this book: And Yahweh rooted them out of their land in anger, and in wrath, and in great indignation, and cast them into another land, as it is this day,” Dt. 29:1-29.

IDOLATRY

    The idols of the nations were abominations to Yahweh. The Hebrew word for “abomination” is shiqquwts. It is defined as; disgusting, i.e. filthy; especially idolatrous or (concretely) an idol. It is generally translated as; abominable filth (idol, [abomination]), detestable (thing).

  The heathen, or pagans, would cut trees or stones shaping them into an idol and then overlay them with either gold or silver. Gold, to the heathens and pagans represented the sun. Albert Pike, a 33° mason wrote, “Gold, to the eyes of the initiates, is light condensed.” (Morals And Dogma, p. 102) Again he writes, “The metals, like the colors, were deemed to be Seven in number, and a metal and color were assigned to each planet. Of the metals, gold was assigned to the Sun and silver to the Moon.” (IBID, p. 728-729)

  Thus, the idols covered with gold were sun deities and the idols covered with silver were moon deities.

  The history of the children of Israel has been one of contrast and controversy. While they made the covenant with Yahweh, they were inconsistent in faithfulness to it. They turned to the worship of idols many times under the judges and kings. Right after they made the covenant with Yahweh, while Moses was in the mount receiving the tables of the covenant and instructions concerning the tabernacle, priesthood, etc., Israel turned to make a golden calf (a sun god) and worshipped it. At the apex of their glory and power, King Solomon turned away from Yahweh, being led to construct temples to the deities of his foreign wives and to worship in them. This led to a separation of the northern kingdom from the southern kingdom.

  The northern kingdom was established under Ephraimite kings who led the people into idolatry placing golden calves (sun images) in Dan and in Bethel. They were eventually destroyed because of the curses of the covenant and removed from Yahweh’s sight.

  But Judah sinned worse than Israel for she followed in the footsteps of idolatry even after she saw what happened to the northern kingdom of Israel. The northern kingdom was removed into Assyria. Judah was removed into Babylon also suffering the effects of the curses.

BABYLON

  Because of the unfaithfulness of the children of Israel and Judah, Yahweh removed them from being the head nation over the earth and they were dispersed to live among the nations. He raised up non-Hebrew, idolatrous nations to be the head kingdoms over the earth. The first chief kingdom was Babylon to which Judah was banished.

  King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon had a dream in which he saw an image whose head was gold, chest and arms of silver, belly and thighs of bronze and legs iron with the feet part of iron and part of clay. (Dan. 2) The head of gold represented King Nebuchadnezzar and his Babylonian kingdom. The Aramaic word for “image” is tselem, which means, an idolatrous figure (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance, Hebrew Lexicon, #6755). What Nebuchadnezzar was shown was a thumb-nail sketch of the history of Idolatry as well as the ruling kingdoms of the world.

  Babylon’s chief deity was Marduk, who was also known as Bel. Marduk was their sun deity. According to Wikipedia, an internet encyclopedia, Marduk was also the “solar calf.” It also reveals that Marduk was equivalent to the Egyptian sun-god Ra, Zeus of the Greeks, and Jupiter of the Romans. He is equivalent to the Baal of the Canaanites, Dionysus of the Thracians and Phrygians, Tammuz of Sumerians and Assyrians. His consort was the Queen of Heaven, Ishtar. (See Wikipedia and Encyclopedia Britannica, 14 th Edition, Articles, Marduk, Dionysus, Tammuz, Great Mother of the Gods, Ishtar, Baal, etc.)

  Yahweh condemns the worship of these deities throughout the Scriptures. The Prophet Jeremiah warned Judah and Jerusalem, “Behold, ye trust in lying words, that cannot profit. Will ye steal, murder, and commit adultery, and swear falsely, and burn incense unto Baal, and walk after other elohim whom ye know not; And come and stand before me in this house, which is called by my name, and say, We are delivered to do all these abominations? Is this house, which is called by my name, become a den of robbers in your eyes? Behold, even I have seen it, saith Yahweh. But go ye now unto my place which was in Shiloh, where I set my name at the first, and see what I did to it for the wickedness of my people Israel. And now, because ye have done all these works, saith Yahweh, and I spake unto you, rising up early and speaking, but ye heard not; and I called you, but ye answered not; Therefore will I do unto this house, which is called by my name, wherein ye trust, and unto the place which I gave to you and to your fathers, as I have done to Shiloh. And I will cast you out of my sight, as I have cast out all your brethren, even the whole seed of Ephraim. Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up cry nor prayer for them, neither make intercession to me: for I will not hear thee. Seest thou not what they do in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem? The children gather wood, and the fathers kindle the fire, and the women knead their dough, to make cakes to the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto other elohim, that they may provoke me to anger. Do they provoke me to anger? saith Yahweh: do they not provoke themselves to the confusion of their own faces? Therefore thus saith the Sovereign Yahweh;

Behold, mine anger and my fury shall be poured out upon this place, upon man, and upon beast, and upon the trees of the field, and upon the fruit of the ground; and it shall burn, and shall not be quenched,” Jer. 7:8-20.

  The remnant of Judah that went down into Egypt refused to repent of burning incense to the Queen of Heaven and pouring out drink offerings to other Elohim (Jer. 44), therefore Yahweh pronounced a curse to destruction upon them all.

ZECHARIAH 5

    The book of Zechariah, chapter 5 contains a prophecy that has not been understood in its entirety down through the ages. At first Zechariah is shown a curse that goes forth over the whole earth. Then he is shown a woman called wickedness, “Then the angel that talked with me went forth, and said unto me, Lift up now thine eyes, and see what is this that goeth forth. And I said, What is it? And he said, This is an ephah that goeth forth. He said moreover, This is their resemblance through all the earth. And, behold, there was lifted up a talent of lead: and this is a woman that sitteth in the midst of the ephah. And he said, This is wickedness. And he cast it into the midst of the ephah; and he cast the weight of lead upon the mouth thereof. Then lifted I up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came out two women, and the wind was in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork: and they lifted up the ephah between the earth and the heaven. Then said I to the angel that talked with me, Whither do these bear the ephah? And he said unto me, To build it an house in the land of Shinar: and it shall be established, and set there upon her own base,” Zech. 5:5-11.

  Can we identify this woman? The Hebrew term utilized for her is Ishshah. The very first Hebrew term utilized for the very first woman is Ishshah. When Adam saw the woman made for him, he declared, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman (Ishshah), because she was taken out of Man (Ish),” Gen. 2:23.

  When the serpent deceived her, he told her, “And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die: For Elohim doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as elohim, knowing good and evil,” Gen. 3:4-5. Adam named his wife (Ishshah) Eve, “And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living,” Gen. 3:20. The Hebrew for “Eve” is Chavvah or Chawah. It means “life-giver.”

  There was a deity worshipped in ancient times called the “Great Mother of the Gods.” She was known as the mother of the gods, men and the lower orders. This is the title that Adam gave to Eve. Her consort was Attis who was castrated, died and was resurrected. She was a moon deity as was Ishtar whose consort was Tammuz. Ezekiel, chapter eight reveals that Judah and Jerusalem were worshipping Tammuz, whose mother, lover, wife was Ishtar. Thus, The Great Mother, Ishtar and the other moon deities are all interrelated. This is none other than the deification of the first mother, the mother of mankind, Eve.

  The male devotees to the Great Mother were castrated in like manner to Attis. Special rites were observed in March. There would be weeping for Attis or Tammuz (Ez. 8:14), followed by sunrise services with the declaration “He is risen!” (Ez. 8:16).

  There is a modern day church that forbids its male devotees to marry (a type of castration). They worship Mary, the Queen of Heaven. Around March/April they hold Easter/Ishtar sunrise services. The Encyclopedia Britannica, 14 th Edition declares that the worship of the “Great Mother” acted as a stepping stone to Christianity. (Vol. 10; p. 734)

 FURTHER IDENTIFICATION

  There is more to the woman in the ephah of Zechariah, chapter five, however. Yahweh declares, “Surely as a wife (ishshah) treacherously departeth from her husband, so have ye dealt treacherously with me, O house of Israel, saith Yahweh,” Jer. 20:3. Who is Yahweh speaking to here? It says “house of Israel.” But by the time of Jeremiah the only Israelites left in the land were those of the southern kingdom of Judah. Yahweh had given the northern kingdom of Israel a bill of divorcement, cast them out of their land and called them “not my people.” (Hos. 1:9)

  Yahweh asked the Jewish remnant that went down into Egypt, “Have ye forgotten the wickedness of your fathers, and the wickedness of the kings of Judah, and the wickedness of their wives, and your own wickedness, and the wickedness of your wives, which they have committed in the land of Judah, and in the streets of Jerusalem?” Jer. 44:9.

  Where had the rest of Judah, the wife (ishshah) of Yahweh been taken? They had been taken captive to Babylon, which was in the land of Shinar! Why? Because of their wickedness that they had been doing in worshipping all of the pagan deities, the host of heaven. Judah, the wife (ishshah) of Yahweh, had been taken captive to Babylon for her worship of Eve, the wife (ishshah) of Adam as the Great Mother of the Gods, the Queen of Heaven, Ishtar/Easter, Baal/Bel/Tammuz, etc. She, along with her worship of Ishtar is the one who is in the ephah being taken to the land of Shinar. Shinar is the land of Babylon, the head of gold representing idolatrous worship of the sun.

 THE CONSPIRACY

 Two prophets of Israel witness that there is a conspiracy among Yahweh’s

people, “And Yahweh said unto me, A conspiracy is found among the men of Judah, and among the inhabitants of Jerusalem. They are turned back to the iniquities of their forefathers, which refused to hear my words; and they went after other elohim to serve them: the house of Israel and the house of Judah have broken my covenant which I made with their fathers. Therefore thus saith Yahweh, Behold, I will bring evil upon them, which they shall not be able to escape; and though they shall cry unto me, I will not hearken unto them. Then shall the cities of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem go, and cry unto the elohim unto whom they offer incense: but they shall not save them at all in the time of their trouble. For according to the number of thy cities were thy elohim, O Judah; and according to the number of the streets of Jerusalem have ye set up altars to that shameful thing, even altars to burn incense unto Baal. Therefore pray not thou for this people, neither lift up a cry or prayer for them: for I will not hear them in the time that they cry unto me for their trouble. What hath my beloved to do in mine house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness with many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou rejoicest. Yahweh called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken. For Yahweh of hosts, that planted thee, hath pronounced evil against thee, for the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done against themselves to provoke me to anger in offering incense unto Baal,” Jer. 11:9-17.

  You can say that the time of Ephraim Israel’s trouble came upon them when the Assyrians came against them and destroyed them, taking the remnant into captivity. You can also say that Judah Israel’s time of trouble came upon them when the Babylonians came against them, destroying them and taking the remnant into captivity. This is true, to a point, but Yahweh also says that a time of Jacob’s trouble will come upon them in the latter days. (Jer. 30:1-7)

  The Prophet Ezekiel is inspired to record, “Moreover the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying, Now, thou son of man, wilt thou judge, wilt thou judge the bloody city? yea, thou shalt shew her all her abominations. Then say thou, Thus saith the Sovereign Yahweh, The city sheddeth blood in the midst of it, that her time may come, and maketh idols against herself to defile herself. Thou art become guilty in thy blood that thou hast shed; and hast defiled thyself in thine idols which thou hast made; and thou hast caused thy days to draw near, and art come even unto thy years: therefore have I made thee a reproach unto the heathen, and a mocking to all countries….And the word of Yahweh came unto me, saying, Son of man, say unto her, Thou art the land that is not cleansed, nor rained upon in the day of indignation. There is a conspiracy of her prophets in the midst thereof, like a roaring lion ravening the prey; they have devoured souls; they have taken the treasure and precious things; they have made her many widows in the midst thereof. Her priests have violated my law, and have profaned mine holy things: they have put no difference between the holy and profane, neither have they shewed difference between the unclean and the clean, and have hid their eyes from my sabbaths, and I am profaned among them. Her princes in the midst thereof are like wolves ravening the prey, to shed blood, and to destroy souls, to get dishonest gain. And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Sovereign Yahweh, when Yahweh hath not spoken. The people of the land have used oppression, and exercised robbery, and have vexed the poor and needy: yea, they have oppressed the stranger wrongfully. And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none. Therefore have I poured out mine indignation upon them; I have consumed them with the fire of my wrath: their own way have I recompensed upon their heads, saith the Sovereign Yahweh,” Ez. 22:1-4; 23-31.

  The conspiracy begins with the men of Judah and the city of Jerusalem. Her prophets and priests are also complicit in the conspiracy. That conspiracy is still at work in today’s world. The earth is still under the curse. But there is more to the history of it all.

 PERSIA

   The next world ruling kingdom, represented by the breast and arms of silver in Nebuchadnezzar’s idolatrous image, was Persia. One of Persia’s chief sun deities was Mithra or Mithras. Could we possibly discover who this false elohim is?

  The Encyclopedia Britannica, 14 th Edition, Volume 15, p. 620-621, has this to say about Mithras, “The birth of Mithras; then the god nude, cutting fruit and leaves from a fig-tree in which is the bust of a deity.”

  Who was naked when he was created and not ashamed? Wasn’t it Adam? Who cut leaves from a fig tree in order to cover his nakedness? Wasn’t it Adam?

  What does Mithra (-s) mean? Once again, the Hebrew language is the language of revelation. There is a little known Hebrew alternative word for man. That word is math. Ra, to the Egyptians, was their sun-god. Since the worship of the sun was wickedness to Yahweh, the Hebrew meaning of the word ra is wickedness. Thus, Mithra (-s) is the sun-god to the Persians, but to Yahweh he is the “man (math/mith) of wickedness (ra).”

   The serpent had told Eve, “Ye shall not surely die: for Elohim doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as elohim (gods), knowing good and evil,” Gen. 3:4-5.

  Mithra (-s) is Adam and Ishtar is Eve with heathenistic and paganistic mythology surrounding them!

 GREECE/MACEDONIA

   The next world-ruling empire of Nebuchadnezzar’s dream was to be the belly and thighs of brass/bronze. Alexander the Great was the founder of the empire, but he was cut off in his youth and four of his generals divided his kingdom among themselves.

  The god of the Greeks was Zeus, who is likened to Mithras by the Wikipedia. Interestingly, Yahweh had warned Israel that if they turned to the worship of the idols of gold and silver it would become like “gall.” The Hebrew word for “gall” is ro’sh. “Gall” (ro’sh) is defined as; a poisonous plant, probably the poppy (from its conspicuous head); generally poison (even of serpents). (Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance, Hebrew Lexicon)

  The Hebrew word for brass/bronze is nechosheth. Nechosheth is derived from the Hebrew word, nechushah, which in turn is derived from nachash or serpent!

  The Wikipedia has this to say about Alexander, “Serpents figured prominently in archaic Greek myths too: the myth-element of Laocoon, the ancient Hydra that was battled by Heracles, the serpent of the oldest Delphic oracle. Olympias, the mother of Alexander the Great and a princess of the primitive land of Epirus, had the reputation of a snake-handler, and it was in serpent form that Zeus was said to have fathered Alexander upon her.” “Alexander the Great was the son of King Philip II of Macedon and of his fourth wife, Epirote princess Olympias. According to Plutarch (Alexander 3.1, 3), Olympias was impregnated not by Philip, who was afraid of her, and her affinity for sleeping in the company of snakes, but by Zeus Ammon.”

  The Greeks, in the spirit of the serpent, hated everything Hebrew. They did everything that they could to bring an end to the Hebrew ways and traditions held by the Jews dwelling in the land. Alexander had been declared to be the son of god by the priest of Zeus Ammon at the Oasis of Siwa in Egypt (Encyclopedia Britannica, 14 th Edition, Vol. 1, p. 568). From that time all of the Greek leaders, following Alexander’s demise, were worshipped as the son of god. The spirit of the Greeks/Macedonians was to be like that of the serpent Satan who hates Yahweh and seeks to exalt himself above the Creator. The prophesied spirit of “gall” (ro’sh [poison of the serpent]) had come.

  The original form of government in Greece was DEMOCRACY.

  ROME

    The fourth kingdom of Daniel chapters 2 and 7 is Rome. Rome is represented firstly by iron in Daniel chapter 2 and as the terrible indescribable beast of Daniel chapter 7. While in her initial building stage, Rome was a republican form of government, but through the Caesars she became a dictatorship. Julius Caesar first sought to establish himself as the supreme dictator, but he also fancied himself as a god and desired to be acknowledged and worshipped as such. He was slain by some of his closest friends, but his nephew Octavian, renamed Augustus, seized the day through subtlety. A comet appeared at that time and Octavian announced that the comet was his resurrected adopted father Julius Caesar who was ascending into heavens to take his place in the hall of the gods. This enabled him to declare himself the son of god and worthy of worship, thus the name Augustus.

  Mithraism had recently been introduced into Rome by Pompey. It became extremely popular with the whole empire. The Encyclopedia Britannica, 14 th Edition, Vol. 15, p. 620 says this about Mithras, “The Persian belief that the legitimate sovereign reigned by the grace of Ormazd, whose favour was made manifest by the sending of the Hvarenō, a kind of celestial aureole of fire, resulted in the doctrine that the sun was the giver of the Hvarenō. Mithras, identified with Sol Invictus, thus became the giver of authority and victory to the imperial house.”

  Rome had become the power that dominated the land of Canaan, displacing the Greek/Macedonian kingdom. It is interesting that not long after Augustus declared himself to be the “son of god” that the true Son of Elohim, Yahshua was born in Bethlehem. His appearance had been expected by the Jewish element, but not in the way that it took place. They were looking for a powerful Messiah who would deliver them from their oppressors and begin the kingdom rule from Jerusalem crushing the world kingdoms bringing them into submission to themselves. Because of this, they were willing to revolt against Rome’s rule in 68-70 CE and again in 135 CE. They suffered the BITTERNESS (wormwood) of defeat and destruction.

  The Encyclopedia Britannica reveals that the sanctification of Sunday and December 25 th were associated with Mithras. (p. 621)

  The Wikipedia reveals that Mithras was known as “sol Invictus” (the undefeated sun). This title was also applied to the sun and the Roman Empire! December 25 th was Deus Sol Invictus or the festival of the birth of the Unconquered Sun!

  The original form of the Roman government was REPUBLICAN in nature. Our own present form of government is supposed to be republican, but we also declare that we are a democracy. The two parties that control our government are Democrats and Republicans. Most of our peoples are involved in the worship of Mithras (Adam) and Ishtar (Eve) because of Sunday worship (the day of Sol Invictus), Easter (Ishtar) and Christmas (Dec. th - Mithras) observance.

 YAHSHUA

  Yahshua, the only begotten son of Yahweh (Jn. 1:14-18; 3:16-18; 1 Jn. 4:9, etc.), had appeared on the scene raising up His body of believers. Yahshua was the Messiah (Anointed) of Yahweh. His disciples and apostles began teaching a new and living way (Heb. 10:19-20), which was foreign to both the Jewish and Gentile elements (1 Cor. 1:23). His followers were originally termed Messianics, but this became corrupted into Christians by the Greeks.

  Yahshua, Himself, declared that He didn’t come to destroy the law or the prophets, but rather to fulfill them. (Mat. 5:17) To fulfill means that He perfectly obeyed them. The law, especially the ten commandments, describes what sin is (1 Jn. 3:4). Yahshua raised up a commandment keeping assembly which began to grow in numbers among the Hebrews at first. As long as the movement remained among the Hebrews, the government at Rome didn’t give them a second look, but when the Centurian Cornelius and his household were called (non-Hebrews), the empire had had enough. The Roman government began to wage war against Yahshua’s saints. (Dan. 7:21, 25) The problem that Rome suffered is that the more she persecuted Yahshua’s disciples, the more they grew in number.

 CONSTANTINE

   In the fourth century an emperor of Rome was raised up who took special note of Yahshua’s followers. Constantine became Caesar and Augustus. He was also bestowed the title of Pontifex Maximus. He became the undisputed master of Rome in 312 CE. He began to show favor to the sect of Christians through his edict of Milan toleration in 313 CE.

  He determined to remove the seat of the empire from Rome, Italy, to Byzantium because Rome was the stronghold of paganism. Byzantium was renamed Constantinople, after Constantine, of course, but it was also named Roma Nova or New Rome. The city was inaugurated by Christian ecclesiastics on May 11, 330, when it was dedicated to the Blessed Virgin (Encyclopedia Britannica, Vol. 6, p. 298).

  Constantine decreed ( March 7, 321) dies Solis — day of the sun, from which “sunday" — as the Roman day of rest [CJ3.12.2]:

On the venerable day of the Sun let the magistrates and people residing in cities rest, and let all workshops be closed. In the country however persons engaged in agriculture may freely and lawfully continue their pursuits because it often happens that another day is not suitable for grain-sowing or vine planting; lest by neglecting the proper moment for such operations the bounty of heaven should be lost.

  Before his baptism on his deathbed, Emperor Constantine portrayed Sol Invictus on his official coinage, with the legend SOLI INVICTO COMITI, thus claiming the Unconquered Sun as a companion to the Emperor.

  The religion of Sol Invictus continued to be a cornerstone of the emperors until Theodosius I's decree on February 27, 390, that only Nicene Christianity was acceptable.

  Here we have the Roman Emperor who depends upon Mithras (Sol Invictus) to give victory and authority to his imperial house, making the decree to observe Sunday rather than the commanded seventh day Sabbath of the Creator Yahweh. This has continued unabated in the so-called followers of the Messiah until this day.

  The Encyclopedia Britannica observes, “His claim to greatness rests mainly on the fact that he divined the future which lay before Christanity, and determined to enlist it in the service of his empire…” (Vol. 6, pp. 298-299) Thus, Christianity has been deceived into serving and promoting the beast kingdom (the Holy Roman Empire) rather than the kingdom of heaven which is ruled by Yahweh, Yahshua and Yahshua’s faithful followers.

 PAGANIZATION OF THE CHURCH

    Here is what Halley’s Bible Handbook has to say about Constantine and his successors, “Emperor Constantine (A.D. 306 – 337), when he became a Christian (NOTE: He wasn’t baptized until he was on his deathbed.), issued an Edict granting everybody the right to choose his own religion.

  Emperor Theodosius (A.D. 378-398), made Christianity the state religion of the Roman Empire, and made church membership compulsory. This was the worst calamity that has ever befallen the church. This forced conversion filled the churches with unregenerate people.

  Not only so, Theodosius undertook the forcible suppression of all other religions, and prohibited idol worship. Under his decrees, heathen temples were torn down by mobs of Christians, and there was much bloodshed.

  Christ had designed to conquer by pure spiritual and moral means. Up to this time conversion was voluntary, a genuine change in heart and life.

  But now the MILITARY SPIRIT OF IMPERIAL ROME had entered the church. The church had conquered the Roman Empire, but in reality the ROMAN EMPIRE HAD CONQUERED THE CHURCH, by making the church over into the image of the Roman Empire.

  The church had changed its nature, had entered its GREAT APOSTASY, HAD BECOME A POLITICAL ORGANIZATION in the spirit and pattern of Imperial Rome, and took its nose-dive into the millennium of Papal abominations.

  The Imperial Church of the 4 th and 5 th centuries had become an entirely different institution from the persecuted church of the first three centuries. In its ambition to rule IT LOST AND FORGOT THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST.” (p. 760)

  Of course it had lost and forgot the spirit of the Messiah, because the head of its enemy, the head of the beast power had entered into the body, taken over and introduced the spirit of the serpent rather than the spirit of Yahweh.

 THE CURSE

   Around 570 CE a man was born who has made and is making radical influences in the world. That man’s name was Mohammed. He declared himself to be a prophet, became a warrior and began to propagate his faith by the sword. He was filled with enthusiasm for the destruction of idolatry. According to Halley’s Bible Handbook, Mohammed appeared at a time when the church had become paganized with the worship of images, relics, martyrs, Mary and the saints. In a sense, Mohammedanism was a revolt against the Idolatry of the “Christian world;” a judgment on a corrupt and degenerate church. Islam itself has proved a worse blight to the nations it conquered. (p. 766)

  Islam, of course, is the religion and worship of Allah, the supposed name of its deity.

When Yahweh delivered Israel out of the land of Egypt and into the wilderness they made a covenant with Him which contained an oath to a curse. Interestingly, the Hebrew for both words oath and curse is ALAH!

  Islam claims that both the Jews and Christians have failed to follow the paths directed by their Creator and that Islam was raised up to punish and replace them. Allah is a combination of two Arabic words al, which is equivalent to the English word “the,” and Ilah, which is the name of the deity. The Hebrew term for “the” is simply the Hebrew letter h (hei).

  The “I” in Ilah would be the English letter “A” and the Hebrew letter a (aleph), as seen in the name Abraham, which the Arabs term Ibrahim. Therefore, Allah is the prophesied CURSE that will come upon the earth. The Arabs and Islam are the perpetrators of this curse. While the Jewish people and the Americans (Israel) are locked up in a struggle against Islam and its Allah (the curse), Yahweh’s word is sure. A curse is coming upon the earth. This curse is a result of not only Adam’s wrongful actions in the Garden of Eden, but also Israel’s (both Israel’s and Judah’s) failure to remain faithful to the covenant made with Yahweh.

CHERNOBYL

   The nuclear disaster that took place in Chernobyl, Russia, was also an eye-opener. Chernobyl, in Russian, means wormwood. It is already a known fact that the Islamists have secreted some suitcase atomic bombs into America. They are called “dirty bombs” because of the intensive radiation that they will produce. The U.S. government is already experimenting with the effects of dirty bombs. This should alert the American citizens to the fact that those bombs are already on our soil. How many do they have here? It is suggested that there may be as many as five or six, but that estimate is probably very conservative.

  The open borders and infiltration of illegal immigrants continues to place America at a very high risk. Myriads of enemy agents have possibly infiltrated into this country bringing with them multiple types of weapons of mass destruction to be utilized against her. With the promise of heavenly life after death with seventy two virgins, many of the young Islamists are more than willing to sacrifice their own lives in order to fulfill the will of their leaders

   The only way of escape from the destruction, from the curse that is soon to come, that is now beginning to come upon the earth, is to turn to Yahweh with all of our hearts, begin to serve Him, His Son, His word of truth and His soon coming kingdom.
